| REQUIREMENTS: |
| The candidate must
be a graduate, who intends to work for the company
abroad once their training is complete. |
| The candidate must
be additional to the company's normal requirements,
and the training should lead to a recognised professional
or specialist qualification at post graduate level. |
| The candidate should
train for a minimum of 30 hours per week, excluding
any time for associated study. |
| The company and the
person who will be managing the training should be
competent in providing training, and this will normally
involve being registered or approved by the relevant professional
body. |
| Permits will normally
be issued for the average training time expected for its
completion, up to a period of 5 years. |
| Work Permits(UK)
do not normally issue training visas for a qualification
which can be obtained on a full-time study basis. In these
cases the candidate should seek permission from
the Home Office in order to stay in the UK as a student. |
| The pay and other
conditions should be comparable to those normally
given to a 'resident worker' doing this level of training
and should reflect the person's experience. |
